Well, I've downloaded the file twice and the tunes won't play. Bummer.

I double checked the files and they should work. I can think of two things to try:
1) right-click on the music files and go to properties. Make sure there isn't something at the bottom of the 'General' tab that says 'this file came from another computer and may be blocked' if there is there will be a button to unblock it.
2) If you're trying to open them with iTunes you might need to convert the files to .m4a you can do that here.

iTunes doesn't play .mp4 files. I always have to convert them. I will try your first suggestion however.
