Aw, Joe as a Hufflepuff! I hadn't thought about that, but it fits.

And of course Methos is so much the consumate Slytherin that there's been more than one fan story which has said that he actually was Salazar Slytherin...

Joe's loyalty to Duncan over the Watchers makes it impossible to place him anywhere else.

Methos as Salazar...that is brilliant! Where would I find those stories?

Amanda was the hard one for me, she's all over the map with her personality and doesn't completely fit into any of the houses. Although, I keep thinking about how in Lady and the Tiger she took Zachary's head while Duncan fought him. That screams Slytherin.

Well, they exist, but I didn't say they were good. (looks in records anyway)

Harry's Immortal. Methos is Salazar Slytherin. Snape becomes a Watcher and Duncan is just plain confused. A Highlander crossover in which (amongst other things) Harry learns that Slytherin isn't as bad as he would seem.

It has a number of failings, so I couldn't finish it. Info-dumps, grammar mistakes, people calling Adam "Methos" even though it's supposed to be a SECRET, random time travel... it does also have some good bits in it, but not enough to redeem it, IMHO.
(Oh and it has Duncan/Methos slash in the background, if that makes you more or less inclined to read it)
